Delete Account

How to request deletion

1. Submit the deletion request using this form (or email us at support@sevixo.in).
2. Include your account email, phone number (with country code, if applicable), user ID (if available), and reason (optional).
3. We may verify ownership before processing to prevent unauthorized deletions.

What happens after you request

• We will deactivate your account and delete data from active systems within 30 days of verification.
• Profile information and related content/messages are removed where applicable.

Data we may keep (and why)

• Billing/payment records may be retained up to 7 years (as required by law).
• Legal compliance/security logs retained as required by applicable regulations.
• Backup deletion may take up to 30 days on rolling backup cycles.
