Sevixo is a platform connecting service seekers and providers. We provide technology for discovery, matching, chat, and subscription/payment facilitation.

  • Protect your login credentials and account activity.
  • Notify us of unauthorized account use.

4. User Conduct and Obligations

Users must follow lawful behavior and must not engage in abusive, fraudulent, unauthorized, or disruptive activities.

5. No Liability for User Conduct or Interactions

Sevixo is a platform-only service and is not responsible for user behavior, disputes, quality outcomes, or interactions between users.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Plans and pricing may change with notice.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by published policy and applicable law; disputes between users do not automatically qualify for refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All service content, design, logos, and software are owned by Sevixo or licensors and protected by law.

10. Termination

Accounts may be suspended/terminated for breaches, legal, safety, or operational reasons.

11. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically; continued use implies acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governed by Indian law, with courts at Bangalore, India holding jurisdiction.

13. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement for Services usage.
